Celebrating International Credit Union Day: October 15, 2020

Since 1948, International Credit Union Day has been celebrated annually on the third Thursday of October. This year’s theme, Inspiring Hope for a Global Community, celebrates 72 years of the worldwide credit union movement, its history and achievements.

Our banking conversion is coming up! On the weekend of September 18-21, we’ll be moving to a new banking system to improve efficiency, keep pace with innovation and, ultimately, enhance how we serve you.

With our banking system upgrade later this fall, we want to keep you in the know about changes to come. Our last article talked about adjustments to account packages. Now we want to share what’s changing with Member Numbers and Shares.

Later this fall, Interior Savings will be moving to a new, advanced banking system. This upgrade will ensure that our systems can leverage the latest technologies and accommodate future enhancements to consistently serve you better. There will be a few impacts when we upgrade however, and we wanted to make sure you’re well aware!

From everyone at Interior Savings, we’re so grateful for your contribution to the credit union. We’ll miss hearing you happily humming down the hallways, but we wish you all the best in your well-deserved retirement, Rolli!

Interior Savings is embarking on a very exciting journey.  We announced in our April eNewsletter that we’ll be upgrading our banking system later this year. Our team has been preparing for this move since December, so they’ll be ready to show you what this new banking system can do when it launches. It’s more robust, more flexible, more efficient and will allow us to offer you more cutting-edge capabilities – making banking with us easier and enhancing the way we serve you in-branch and online.

Age is just a number, it’s how we feel that matters. March marks the 7th annual Okanagan Embrace aging month!
