Though the norm is a call for volunteers, we’re turning the tables and looking for volunteer opportunities for our 500 employees.
This October 19th, on International Credit Union Day, we will once again celebrate our annual Day of Difference, a day to recognize our cooperative values and say thank you to the non-profits and volunteers who contribute their time and their hearts to help build brighter futures in our communities.
On this day, Interior Savings’ credit union and insurance branches will close early and all 500 employees will fan out across 14 communities, from Osoyoos to Clearwater to roll up their sleeves and lend a hand.
We’re looking for organizations who are in need of volunteers from 2:30 to 5:00 pm on October 19th. We’re willing to do most-anything: yard work, painting, envelope-stuffing, meal prep, or general chores. Just ask!
Sound interesting? Email kpollard@interiorsavings.com by September 8th and include details on what the project is and how many volunteers are needed. Though we may not be able to accommodate all the requests received, all organizations will be informed by September 22, 2017.
